Gary Getz leads Integral's efforts in the areas of market and
customer strategy. In over twenty years as a market strategist
and consultant, Mr. Getz has worked with clients - in industries
from orange juice to computers, and from wireless communications
to insurance - on resolving their most significant business
strategy, corporate growth, and customer and channel management
issues.
In his work, Mr. Getz has collaborated with organizations to
re-conceive definitions of their businesses; set strategies
to redefine the bases of competition in their industries; develop
and launch new business ventures; create new offerings to meet
articulated and unarticulated market needs; initiate customer
behavior data mining and web-based marketing efforts; decrease
customer acquisition costs; increase customer retention and
profitability; redefine channel, trade management, customer
service, and promotion strategies; and develop and implement
effective organizational designs.
Mr. Getz's recently published book, Customer
Equity (with Integral Academic Affiliates Robert Blattberg,
Ph.D., and Jacquelyn Thomas, Ph.D.), focuses on how companies
can maximize the value of their customer relationships in the
emerging hybrid world of e-commerce and land-based commerce.
His work has also been published in Fortune Magazine,
European Management Journal, The Handbook of Business
Strategy, Planning Review, and in Harvard Management
Update. Prior to joining Integral, Mr. Getz led the growth
strategy consulting business for Strategos and the worldwide
strategy practice for Gemini Consulting.
Mr. Getz holds a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton
University and an M.B.A. from Harvard. |
